Dear Rocket Association (Renovation) Volunteer:

Thank you so very much for your past volunteering at NAUTICA (Texas Hold ‘em). As you know we have secured another weekend in February 2010 (February 11-14, 2010).  We are definitely responsible for Thursday night, February 11 and Saturday, February 13, 2010.  If you are able, I would like you to sign up now for the shifts and the responsibility you would like (collector/dealer).  I will then send out a massive follow-up e-mail to fill in spots that are still open.

We found in November that we had too many collectors and at times not enough dealers.  We would like to keep people as active as possible.  Please be specific as to when, what and for how long you can help.  If you can work multiple times, it would be fabulous.  Your help has been incredible and is greatly appreciated.  We have made an incredible impact on our athletic fields for our athletic program.  Your volunteerism has been essential to our success.  We will be forever grateful.

The shifts are:

Shift 1                   Thursday, February 11   3:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Shift 2                   Thursday, February 11   6:45 – 10:00 p.m.

Shift 3                   Thursday, February 11   9:45 – 12:00 p.m.

Shift 4                   Saturday, February 13    1:30 – 6:00 p.m.

Shift 5                   Saturday, February 13    5:45 – 9:00 p.m.

Shift 6                   Saturday, February 13    8:45 – 12:00 p.m.

Once again we have a great chance to raise $18,000 – $25,000 for twenty hours of volunteerism.  Please get back to me ASAP.
