Bay Boosters Painting Party at Wine & Design!

Join us for a community LADIES NIGHT OUT while we PAINT IT FORWARD to benefit the Bay Rockets Athletic Boosters. We will paint our very own own light up wine bottles to take home after the event. We provide all the materials and an artist will guide you designing your own masterpiece- NO artistic ability is needed….just your creativity and enthusiasm! Feel free to bring your own wine/beer/beverage/snack and invite your friends too! We provide wine/bottle openers, cups & some appetizers & desserts.  Local businesses and Booster members have donated amazing gift baskets and wine that we will raffle off at the event too!  Adults only please.

2017 Bay Rocket Association Spring Fundraiser

4th Annual March Madness Brackets

$50 Donation per Bracket

$25 for each additional Bracket entry

50% from each bracket goes to Bay Rockets Association to fund equipment requests for Bay sports programs

50% from each Bracket goes into prize pool

1st Place – 70% of prize pool
2nd Place – 20% of prize pool
3rd Place – 10% of prize pool

  • –  Enter as many times as you like
  • –  Spread the word to family, friends, co-workers
  • –  All brackets will be electronic through our Turbo Tourney software
  • –  Timely scoring updates during each round of tournament
  • –  Winners will be contacted morning following Championship game.
  • After registering, you will receive and email from Turbo Tourney which is the website hosting our brackets. All instructions and rules will be found on through that email.
  • ENTRY DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY, MARCH 15 AT 10:00PM
  • BRACKETS WILL BE LOCKED THURSDAY, MARCH 16 at 9:00AM

Saturday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Items can be in ANY condition! Everything will be reused, resold or recycled! Donations are either resold in charitable resale shops, sent overseas to support the needs third world countries or recycled to create environment friendly products such as home insulation and carpet padding.
Easter Seals has its roots in the Greater Cleveland Area! For almost 100 years, it has been improving the lives of children and adults with disabilities. Easter Seals helps individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Physical and Developmental Disabilities, Alzheimer’s as well as Military and Veterans. From child development centers, physical rehabilitation, concussion recovery and job training, Easter Seals is committed to a variety of programs to help adults and children with disabilities meet life’s challenges and achieve personal goals

 

 

 

St. Patrick’s Day Party – March 16th!

The Bay Rockets Athletic Boosters is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Party! Saturday March 16, 2013 at the Lake Erie Nature Center from 6:30- 11 pm. It is sure to be a casual night of fun, food, music & auction items! There will be door prizes, and various contests. $5.00 of the ticket price will automatically go to the team of your choice. Please make sure you specify which team you are representing.

downloadDid you know that Bay Rockets Athletic Boosters (aka Bay Rockets Association) has given out an average of $35,000 anually to our athletic teams for equipment, bags, warm ups and other requests made by coaches. This is in addition to the $20,000 -$30,000 that is given to the athletic department for activities at both the high school & middle school.

Your support is needed so we can continue our mission of making Bay Schools the BEST!

Bay Rocket SNOBALL 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun Run

Saturday, February 23rd at 9 a.m. Race-day registration and packet pickup is at 7:30 a.m.

Race starts and finishes at Bay High School, 29230 Wolf Rd., Bay Village.

Participants receive a long-sleeve t-shirt, a roll of Duck® brand duct tape and food and beverages. Awards will be given to top finishers.

Pre-registration cost is $15 for students and $20 for adults. Race-day cost is $20 for students and $25 for adults.
